WHAT IS REIKI?
Reiki is the Ancient Art of Hands on Healing a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by " laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive.
The word " Reiki" is made up of two Japanese words - Rei which means "Life Force energy". Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."

Reiki is an incredible discipline that could cleanse your body and further your spiritual understanding of yourself and the world around you.
